Went here with a native French speaker who was able to explain cross contamination to the host and chef alike. The chef was very kind and accommodating, and clear about what could and could not be made gluten free and what he’d need to check on. Chef knows what he’s doing, he was sure to mark the gluten free entree (since many in our party got the duck) with garnish. I got house red wine, and a full duck with truffle potatoes, followed by local pear liquor and quince liquors. No reaction! Super tasty. Not cheap.
