I am not gonna lie, I took a huge risk here and thankfully had no issues. Knowing that some of the foods served here would traditionally not have gluten in them I went with those options. The line moves quick and my husbands Spanish is pretty okay, but it seemed hard to really ask questions and assumed we may just get some blank stares.

Ordered the Lechon with habichuelas and arroz blancos/grandules. It was super flavorful and tasty.
