Several gf options for entrees, sides. Bourbon chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Thai Curry Chicken...
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
I asked an employee if their gluten-free items were safe for people with legitimate gluten issues. She asked her manager who was in the process of sticking a food thermometer in the meat of each buffet item (90% of which aren’t gluten-free). That manager or whatever she was looked at me disdainfully and grunted something. She made it clear she didn’t care so I asked if she was sticking that same food thermometer in the gf-marked items and she said “Yeah, but it’s fine because I wipe them in this napkin in between.” I watched her “wipe” it once in a torn off piece of paper towel caked with food in between buffet items and I walked away.
No
Always difficult to find good gluten free food when traveling - Leeann Chinn recently opened at the intersection of Concourses A, B, C, & D, just after the end of the main shopping corridor. Their menu is clearly marked for gluten free entrees and the food is fast and good. I’m a celiac with low reaction, so I caution anyone with severe reactions as I can’t speak to their cross contamination prevention efforts. Editors note: Address at the MSP airport is, Terminal 1 MSP Mall, at the entrance to Concourse C
