Had the shrimp tacos with fries and it was excellent. Didn’t get sick. The food truck is in a parking lot with around 4 other food trucks, so there are lots of options for non gf family members also.

Amazing food and unique menu! No dedicated gluten free menu but the chef is knowledgeable and can make suggestions. My son and I have Celiac Disease so we are extremely sensitive. We eat there about once a week and have never had an issue.
