They have GF items clearly marked on the menu, and MANY items are GF, including Springfield's iconic horseshoes (well ponyshoes). The ham ponyshoe was wonderful, and the flourless chocolate cake was rich and delicious.

Went here after a competition. The staff was absolutely amazing and had everything clearly marked on the menu. They have a dedicated prep area and fryer. They also can make almost anything gluten free here. My daughter had so many choices and the food was delicious!

Lots of GF options and clearly marked menu. If it's not marked on the actual menu just ask the server and they can likely modify it to make it GF. Dedicated GF fryer and prep area.

We spoke to the owner on the first visit. He explained that they have a dedicated fryer AND a gf pizza oven. They understand gluten free precautions, and we’ve had no issues the three times we’ve been over the last week and a half. The food was good, and the restaurant is clean and has a nice feel. We did have one server who seemed to be less knowledgeable than the other two (gf and gluten food came out on same tray, and the server handed out the gluten food before the gluten free food using the same hand) but we were sure to kindly advocate and all turned out well. We are really impressed with this new local choice. It’s so great to have a place to go eat in town!

Had the penne Alfredo and it was very good and I have had no issues. Wonderful to have a safe place to go.

When I made reservations, I was asked if any one had any allergies. After telling them I had celiac, they explained the steps the take to make sure the kitchen safe. The menu has a large variety and is clearly marked. The flatbread, sweet potato tots, spinach artichoke dip w/ freshly made GF pita chips are all amazing. I have eaten here several times with no issues.

We had the ponyshoe and spinach and artichoke dip and it was delicious!! Happy to find a gluten free ponyshoe place
