I went in and immediately asked if they could accommodate my allergies. I was assured they could and would change gloves, thoroughly wash milkshake spindle, etc to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. None of that happened. One of the employees even handled cheesecake and then proceeded to put the toppings on my milkshake. It was extremely disappointing and I didn’t even drink my $16 milkshake. Would not recommend at all!

We followed reviews and went. They marked what is gf on the menu but did not understand about cross contamination. We were able to get them to scrape the top off and use new gloves and a clean scooper. However they marked a rainbow sour stick as gf and I was very surprised as I’ve only seen those with wheat - I think we got sick from there ( but I did not call them to check on it). Be careful.
So, I'm being very cautious about cross-contamination after a series of unfortunate events at other places. The server was nice enough to let me know that he wouldn't recommend getting a shake as the cross-contamination risk was pretty high. As a result, I didn't get anything, but appreciated the candor.
They have gluten free items noted on the menu - limited flavors and toppings but milkshakes are really good.
