I ordered chips and gravy with chicken salt, all gluten free. The girl who served me was very knowledgeable, she confirmed the chips are cooked in a separate fryer and once the chips were freshly cooked she used a separate clean scoop and placed them directly into the container to save any cross contamination from the bain-marie. A good, quick take away meal is a real win for any Coeliac!!
