Our server knew exactly what could be made GF on the menu and exactly what was cross-contaminated. When I double checked that the tortillas I got with my fish tacos were corn, she assured me they were, and a couple of minutes later the manager came to reassure me as well. Feels good to have a knowledgeable and conscious staff.
