Owner was nice, counter staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free and had to keep asking owner, they were all out of gluten free rolls and bread, they still had gluten free tenders but they were too spicy for my Celiac's toddler, we traveled here just so my toddler could have lunch, we will call ahead next time.
This spot feels like a neighborhood place you might find in NYC or, alternatively, your best friend's kitchen. It has a comfortable feeling and always smells like something good just came out of the oven. With warm floor to ceiling windows and a cracked open door, it always feels like springtime, even in the dead of winter. I like the homemade soups, homemade gluten free peanut butter cookies, and homemade gluten free chicken strips. Leisha makes everything herself and can tell you on any given day what you can eat.
