I had a “Sandy Slam” - eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes - they were all great. They said they can make everything on the menu gluten free. The owners have celiac so they know what they are doing. They don’t have a separate kitchen but they clean the grill before cooking gluten free on it. They even bring the food out with a glove still on.
