Lemongrass Hot Pot

All of the broths contain gluten. The server was very confused and luckily pulled up google translate and asked the chefs. He brought out the bag for the vegetable broth that clearly stated it contained gluten. That vegetable broth is apparently a base in all of the broths, so nothing would be safe.
