This is a traditional Austrian/Styrian family-run restaurant. Many of the dishes are gluten free anyway and while allergens aren't marked in the menu, the staff is extremely friendly and were able to make recommendations for GF dishes. They make GF Schnitzel upon request and can modify several of the other dishes by swapping sides etc. I had a delicious Styrian version of the Schnitzel, with GF pumpkin seed batter and an amazing potato salad with Styrian pumpkin seed oil (which comes with the schnitzel as a side). They also have a GF dessert made with maroni. I was fine afterwards so seems to be safe.
