This place is gf mecca! More things on the menu are gluten-free than not.

Had the Lamb Kofe, was really wonderful. Hubby and son had GF chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Really enjoyed this place!

Tons of healthy, gluten free options, including dessert (obviously not as healthy). Ask if you have food allergies up front and menu is clearly labeled. Had the sweet potato falafel and the kale salad. I didn't love it, but would come back to try other things on the menu. Came in around lunch time and it stayed busy.

Best quality fast casual food! Pretty large eat-in area too. Nearly all allergens are marked on the menus and menu board. Plenty of GF/DF, vegetarian and vegan options, and so delicious! I got the Chicken Satay Hot Box which included brown rice and a kale/pea salad and excellent DF sauce. Optional GF seasoned waffle fries were delicious too! Healthier fountain drinks, kombucha, and coffee. I went for lunch but they serve interesting breakfasts too. So good!!!

Everything was well labeled. I got the porridge and a gf cupcake. I think they get some of their pastries from Rise Bakery so that’s probably where it was from. It was great.

Lots of gluten free meals and pastries. Clearly marked and tastes great.

Amazing, delicious, so many options! The gluten free chicken tenders are a real show stopper and nearly all of the desserts are gluten free! I 100% recommend.
