Gluten free bread rolls for breakfast are available, even without pre-booking. Simply ask for them when you show up for breakfast. It only differs in what exactly you will get. Sometimes I was asked how many rolls I wanted, sometimes I wasn't. Sometimes I got burger buns for breakfast, sometimes I got "real" bread rolls. But all in all this is a solid place for celiacs to book an overnight stay with breakfast. Whereas I unfortunately can't recommend having dinner at this place. The staff was super friendly and helpful talking to the chef about the menu but in the end I still got glutened, so no recommendation for celiacs. There is also a buffet option for dinner, but after my experience I wouldn't like risking trying that one out too.
