I haven’t personally eaten here, just sharing info. They said their kitchen is really small right now and so they only have one fryer (which they are using for their rice and beans so you can’t have those). You can have anything on the grill! Of course he said since it’s small there’s always a chance of cross contamination, but it seemed like they were aware and willing to help find you something.

The waitress knew a ton about gluten free options and processes. She knew what to avoid and what could be adjusted. If she was unsure, she confirmed with someone who did know. They seemed to understand the importance of avoiding cross contamination.
It’s not fancy but the food was great. My only complaint is that they didn’t have gf chips due to a shared fryer- but their corn tortillas were fresh and delicious. They had lots of gf dips.
