I‘ve been here 3 times now and never got sick. The food is excellent. The staff is well-knowledgeable about gluten free. The owner‘s wife has celiac and when talking with him, he said he can make almost anything gluten free even off menu if you call a few days in advance. The waitress even brought me sealed ketchup and mayo because she said it reduced the risk of contamination.
