We ordered a burger on a gluten free bun and the bun was rock hard. Sent it back and got a fresh one. It was only semi rock hard.
They do have a gf menu, but cross contamination is likely. They don't have a dedicated fryer, so the chicken wings are out. They plated my burger with the contaminated fries and clearly just removed them before it was served. They missed a few. I'd avoid here if you have an autoimmune issue.
No
I eat here with friends on a weekly basis and have only had problems once. The waitresses are really nice and accommodating. The gluten free menu is new and has basic low calorie options. However, I usually order a modified regular menu item: Greek salad wrap as a salad, burger without a bun, taco salad without the shell. The only time I had troubles was when I had fries and my husband had fish and chips - probably not smart on my part :) . I might pick somewhere else if eating by myself, but this is the only sports bar I've found for hanging out with friends where I can eat anything!!!
