Love the Gluten Aware Thursdays. They always have muffins and scones to go with coffee. For lunch there are two soup choices and entries like Butter Chicken or GF Lasagne, BBQ Ribs and Baked Chicken. Shepard’s Pie is a favorite when they have it. Comfortable seating area considering this is mostly a grocery store. Stock up on their GF products before you leave.

We stopped in for dinner on a "gluten aware" Thursday. I had the GF butter chicken with rice and my husband had the GF fried chicken. Both were really good!

Lots of gf items, including deli meat. They have gf Thursdays with hot lunch & dinner items available to eat in or take out. Gf products labelled.

Best gluten free sausages ever and they are organic too. Lots of choices. Sunday has a gluten free breakfast.
