Breakfast buffet in the LeQu hotel was a mixed bag. Big pro- all allergens were labeled!!! Big deal in Japan and they correctly identified that soy sauce has gluten so I felt safe.
The bad? Not that much gluten free food, lol. But there were eggs (soft boiled, in the shell), rice in a cooker, a variety of seafood, fruit, and soft serve ice cream. Miso soup no wheat.
The sushi rice was a no go, and the burgers had wheat, along with a couple salads (with meat) so it was nice to see the labeling.
