Amazing!! Staff were so friendly. Everything was GF and oat free, so very reassuring for us from Australia.

The treats were delightful! We had bagels for lunch, pastries, and we took away hot chocolate, more pastries, bread, cookies, breton and Christmas cookies.

My brother in law returned to buy Buche Noel.

It was all insanely delicious and we were so grateful to find somewhere like this for our little coeliac, but somewhere we could all enjoy!

Heaven is a place on earth! Best gluten free bakery I’ve been to. And reasonably priced. Lunch combo was 10.90€ for a cheese and white ham sandwich, a red bottled tea, and an autumnal hazelnut cake with frosting. After the meal I purchased sweet brioche, olive focaccia, plain bread and seeded bread loafs— all were fantastic in texture and taste!!

Black dots on the signs made me nervous at first, but they indicate lactose presence/absence.

I had an hour between trains and ran over to this bakery. Wow! We had the focaccia bread and some pastries. The bread was light and fluffy and the pastries were unbelievably good. This is the best bakery I have found and will be back soon.

I had a Cinnamon Roll for 3,20€ and a focaccia for 2,90€. Very delicious! The other things looked great as well! Would definitely recommend this place when you're in Lyon.

After being disappointed by noglu in Paris, my hopes for an entirely df, gf patisserie were low. How wrong I was! Les Gasteliers was FANTASTIC. I had the Paris brest, and the crust was crusty, the cream was creamy, and the espresso I got was perfect. The hazelnut cream was almost too much, but sips of espresso broke it up and kept it from being cloying.

The person behind the counter was patient with my mediocre French, and spoke English well when I got stuck on 'for here or to go?'

The seating is extremely limited, but service is quick and polite.

They also sell a cookbook that's entirely gluten and dairy free, with some egg free as well. It's written in French of course, but I would recommend learning French just to have these pastries. The recipes included are pretty simple and don't require anything your average gluten free baker doesn't already have, like rice flour or a blender.

This is a celiac's heaven. Everything in the store is gluten free. Ordered a crossiant, cinnamon roll in store and bought muliple treats to go. Everything was delicious. Wish they had a cookbook so I could make these treats back in the U.S.

Incredible! Take the metro to the 6th arrondissement for this incredible bakery. Sit inside or outside to enjoy the delights on offer. Unlike the vast majority or gf bakeries, this one has such a dizzying number of choices that they don’t bother highlighting the sans gluten bit. Also, they are one of the few places offering a large selection of Valrhona chocolate. If you are in France, choose Valrhona.

Great selection of GF pastries, breads, and sandwiches! I shared a few pastries with my non-GF travel companions who tasted no difference--we all enjoyed the options here. They also have some of the best GF bread I've tasted; recommend buying a loaf here to have some good GF bread at home/where you're staying for quick and easy breakfast.

All I can say is wow. Amazing fresh bread, sandwiches, and treats, all gluten free!! If you have a nut allergy, be aware that a lot of the desserts may contain nuts, but they do an amazing job listing the allergens under every item. The staff is so friendly and helpful and a few spoke English, though it’s easy to get by without knowing any French (besides the translations for your allergies!). I’m celiac and have a nut/peanut allergy but was able to have bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, and more! Word of advice: get a gougère. They’re to die for!

100% sans gluten ! J'aime bien les paninis et les bagels (mes choses préférés: du saumon, du poulet). La brioche (et les brioches suisses aux pépites de chocolat) est superbe. // 100% gluten free! I like the paninis & the bagels (my favorites are salmon and chicken). The brioche (and the chocolate chip brioche) is great.

Incredible bakery! 100% Gluten-Free. The cashier literally ran up to a man that walked in with regular baguettes and asked him to put them in a bag or leave so as to not contaminate the facility. Everything was beautiful and delicious and the cashier spoke perfect English. A true dream for anyone gluten-free!
