Review of Les Moutons Noirs

We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this bistro on our short visit to Quebec City. The owner and chef we're helpful and welcoming. They have a great beer collection and the food was delicious. We have someone with Celiac Disease in our group so we needed gluten free options, and the owner made sure it was safe. We would like to just come sit at the bar next time when we visit. Love the cozy set-up.
