Have celiac and called ahead. They made a note on my reservation and the waitress was quick to note what I could have on the menu and reassured me that they cook in a separate pan or clean the grill and use new utensils to avoid cross contact.

Many of.the options are naturally gluten free. I have Celiac and have had steak and prime rib (with baked potato) with no reaction.
