When my gluten free cone was ordered, we were asked if we were sensitive or allergic. When we specified that I am allergic, they grabbed a new spoon from the back and washed it and scooped from a brand new container. They did state that they could not guarantee a gluten free experience, but they tried as hard as they could to accomplish it. I appreciated the authenticity as well as the attention to detail they gave my order. I did indeed have a gluten free experience with the Guava ice cream.
