All the waffles are gluten and dairy free. Clearly marked on the menu. Coeliac safe. Lovely staff.

The Food Van is totally G.F you can also select Dairy-Free and Nut Free options. No risk of Gluten C.C. I had The Maple Simple Waffle with Ice Cream and Banana. Only $13. Service was amazing too.
