Tried for the first time. Staff ensured they had gf wraps and could put down baking paper on sandwich press. They told me the sauce I wanted on the wrap wasn’t gf without prompting. I watched them make it and appeared safe. Ate without reaction. I think just make sure you tell them it’s for allergy to be safe.
