Ate the Pan-Seared Branzino which was good. For dessert I ate the flourless chocolate cake which was very good. No reactions. The waiter understood what gluten was and confirmed there was no gluten in the sauces, and agreed to mention to the chef to use clean equipment to cut the chocolate cake.
