Libby’s Southern Comfort

I was able to call ahead of time and discuss the options available to me. Rachel was who I spoke to and she was great about listing off ideas. All of the meat is cooked on the same flat top grill where gluten-containing items are fried so you can’t have any meat here. The pimiento cheese would be fine, but you’d need your own crackers. I personally got the deviled eggs without the pork added and then the Michelle my belle salad without the fried goat cheese. I asked about getting goat cheese added that hadn’t been fried but that was not able to be accommodated. What I had was great, but it definitely took some coordinating and planning prior to coming so that I had a good idea of what I wanted to do and ask.
