Enjoyed a good meal today. As others have said, the restaurant has many options and staff are well informed. I had the grilled chicken sandwich on a gf bun. The rest of my non gf family said their meals were great too.

Had a gluten free burger with side salad. They offer GF French fries but they use soy oil so I was not able to eat as I have a soy allergy. If you tell them you have celiac disease they will clean grill and change gloves. I didn’t have a reaction and food was delicious.

Their GF buns were restocked when I went! Very tasty and our server asked the chef to change their gloves. Their fries are also GF. Busy place so add yourself to the wait list in advance. Just had the regular burger and it was good!

Ask if they have gluten free buns before being seated. Waited 20 mins and was told after we ordered they were out of gluten free buns.

Very tasty. The only bummer is the BBQ sauce isn't gluten-free, but the waitress immediately knew what was and wasn't safe.

We picked up GF hamburgers, chicken sandwich and fries for takeout since they were busy. We had no issues with cross contamination - but they probably would have been better if we had eaten them there:)

Typical gourmet burger joint. The burgers were good. The gf bun was normal for gf buns. They do have a dedicated fryer for fries, though - both skinny potatoes fries and sweet potato fries š If you like gourmet burger joints, this place will suit you just fine.

My daughter has Celiacs. She ordered a burger on a gluten free bun, and loved it. Our server was very knowledgeable. The server informed us that they use a separate fryer so my daughter also had fries. We spoke to a manager after dinner and thanked for her offering gluten free options. She said that she also has food allergies and requires her staff to take special care to accommodate those with food allergies. My daughter had no issues, and we would definitely dine here again if we are back in Jackson.

The waitress was fairly knowledgeable about Celiac and gf precautions. They have a very small kitchen, so no dedicated space. They have gf buns and the fries were safe, so my 2 Celiac girls were very happy. Milkshakes were good as well. They cleaned the mixer prior to making the gf shakes. My husband and I had bison burgers and they were dry and overcooked, so I'd stick with their regular burger as that was cooked perfectly.

Updated for winter 2020-2021:
No longer vegan but veggie burger still not gf. Good sweet potato fries but fries are better at Jackson Drug which is also on the square - they have waffle fries too! I like the Napa here.
Dedicated fryer, gf buns, lots of different salad/meat variations. Wait staff can be kind of clueless, but so far they’ve been willing to check out everything I ask. I felt safe as a celiac. As a vegan, I had the Kale Mary sans cheese and croutons, and it was good. Balsamic dressing is vegan but poppyseed contains milk, so I subbed them out. Veggie burger is unfortunately not gf. They do have the vegan impossible burger too.

Our waitress had no knowledge of the food that was gluten free and it is not listed on the menu. I had to ask her to go check. She didn’t know the precautions they took in the kitchen either. I’m kind of really surprised by the positive reviews. Maybe it was just our wait staff but I did not have a positive experience like most and I got very sick after eating here. Most likely cross contamination. The gf bun was not good. I ended up pulling it off and eating the burger without it and I was not impressed by the burger either. I picked this restaurant based off the great reviews and was sorely disappointed. I would not recommend for safe eating.

The manager also has food allergies & took great care of us. They have a dedicated GF fryer, but it does sit next to the standard fryer, so there is a possibility for cross contamination. Very knowledgeable staff, they even changed their gloves! Very impressed, delicious food. :)
They also have GF buns. I didn’t try because they also have egg white & Im allergic to eggs.

My burger was awesome and very tasty. Staff changed gloves when the made my burger and the sweet potato fries are cooked in a separate fryer and were insanely delicious!
Their burgers are fantastic and they have GF buns! And yea, sweet potatoes are made in a dedicated fryer, which is awesome!! Didn’t get sick, definitely safe to eat here!
Yes
Awesome burger with GF roll! Delicious sweet potato fries.
Yes
Awesome burger, gluten free bun, sweet potato fries in a dedicated gf fryer. Great cocktails too, I had a Wyoming Mule with dinner and a Mudslide Adult Milkshake for dessert. Yum
Yes
Called ahead and they told me that the fries are made in a separate frier. We had the sweet potato fries and it was awesome. They had GF hamburger buns which are not bad!
Yes
Pretty good burger joint, one of the only places around Jackson Hole that are open consistently (most places offer lunch and then reopen for dinner later) good amount of options too
Yes
Food was good, they give you an option of gluten free bun or lettuce wrap. Separate frier for French fries. They don’t have a separate menu and it is shared kitchen space, our waitress just told me to order something and she would tell me if I could have the stuff on it? Then she didn’t know if I could have the tortilla strips on my burger and basically asked me if they were gluten free.
The staff is well versed on Gluten-free
SEPARATE FRIER FOR FRIES !!!!
Yes
Very good!! There isn’t anything listed GF on the menu but the staff is very knowledge and the GF bun was great!! Their BBQ isn’t GF side note.
Yes
There are no gluten free options for vegetarians. The veggie pattie contains bread crumbs and egg. Went there after reading good reviews but got nothing except gluten free bun and fries.
There was no gluten free menu or markings on the menu, but the staff was incredible knowledgeable and could tell us what was safe and what wasn’t right away. They have gluten free buns (which were one of my all time favorites as buns go) and all of their French fries are safe in a dedicated fryer (the sweet potato fries are amazing). The food came out promptly and everything tasted great. Although one of our meals came out a few minutes late, the staff was very apologetic and didn’t even charge us for it. The only downside is that this seems to be a very popular place in Jackson, so they are pretty busy, but the friendliness and food makes up for it. Definitely the best place I have eaten at in Wyoming!

Delicious burger and fries (prepared in a dedicated fryer). Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Celiac and didn’t get sick.

Their vegetarian patties are not GF :( their sweet potato fries were bomb though
Staff knowledgeable about celiac. Dedicated fryer. Would visit here again!
Yes
Have eaten here the last 2 nights. Really good food, and the staff all seem to understand fully what truly gluten free means for those of us with celiac disease. Prices are not outrageous, especially in a vacation spot like Jackson.
Yes
My husband and I both had the Nooner Burger (mine on a GF bun). Burger patty (you can substitute beef for bison or veggie patty), fried egg, ham, bacon, hash browns & cheddar cheese. I had the sweet potato fries and he had the skinny fries (I had some of is). They have dedicated friers for French fries. It was all very good. We sat on the bottom level by the open window overlooking beautiful church grounds. My only complaint was that I requested mayo instead of ketchup and they forgot. Burger was still good.
Yes
Delicious burgers in a casual and fun atmosphere. Good service, substandard drinks menu, no GF beer.
The manager was very knowledgeable and I learned something I didn’t know before from him—Gorgonzola cheese has trace gluten. Fries has a dedicated frier. Napa Burger was fantastic
Yes
Sit down place (got to go, but took a while). Spoke with manager and ONLY the string fries are gf. Gf buns. Pretty good burgers
Waiter knew about celiac and gf. Always a comfortable feeling

Great veggie or impossible burgers with a gluten free bun. No separate fryer though. Hopefully they’ll get one soon so I can add fries to my order.

I have had much better experiences at other locations. Sadly, that was not the case here. Manager informed us that while they do have a dedicated fryer, they use both clean and unclean fryers for fries and she would not guarantee that they would use the correct fryer for our party’s fries even though we were all GF (4pm, pre-dinner rush). So, skip fries. She said they would change gloves and follow protocol for burgers but I do not believe they did as we were all glutened and sick following our meal. Two of the burgers in our party brought out on regular buns even though our entire party was GF and they repeated that back to us. So they took back the burgers and brought them back out on gf buns after way too short a time for them to have actually re-made them. Couldn’t eat those. Very, very bad experience and will not return to this location.

The only thing fried in the fryer is french fries. Both the regular and sweet potato fries are gluten free. The manager and all employees are very good about asking if it is an allergy and will clean the cook top or use foil. If they don't know if an ingredient is gluten free the manager has gotten out the product and let me look at the ingredients list. I have eaten here many, many times over 4 or 5 years and have never been glutened.
