Review of Liberty Union Bar and Grill

if you want GF beer or cider and GF wings, this is the place. The wings at Liberty are fried, not breaded and prepared in a dedicated fryer, the best. The other big treat and pleasant surprise was soup, soup that was tomato based and richly flavorful. Two food choices hard to come by; a safe place to frequent. This has become my favorite hang out and my fall back when I don't know what to do for dinner. Steve, the owner is passionate about his business and pays attention. Carl is behind the bar and manager,you cannot find two nicer people. Staff are all knowledgable about GF and trustworthy. I love this place.
