My wife has celiac and we had gone here a few times with little to no issue. Recognizing not all GF items were celiac safe. The burger and tots were always a good choice and we had no problems there, especially after we found out the owners wife has celiac herself. The waitstaff and management confirmed that our meal was GF before my wife ate… 1 bite in you KNOW that it is not a GF bun. Right around the time that the manager came running out (who had confirmed everything was safe) and let us know the “kitchen” messed up and gave us the wrong bun. Now that the damage was already done, the manager gave us a coupon for a free appetizer to make up for it 🙄

I have eaten here since being diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of months ago. I have had >10 meals ordered both pick up and delivery (have never sat in to eat yet). This far, I have never gotten sick. I loved the GF pasta with shrimp, the short rib entree was also delicious. Decent sized dedicated GF menu available.

One time I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip and received a very small portion (compared to other orders) of dip, this has not been repeated after several times ordering that same dish. I continue to frequent this location.

Edit: I have since my previous review, sat in and enjoyed several meals at the bar and have had a great experience each time. Food remains consistently good with a hearty selection of gluten-free menu options. Inside it’s a nice atmosphere, restaurant/pub feel.

Also, I very much appreciate their dedicated gluten-free menu available on DoorDash.

My boyfriend and I love the Chester springs location! They offer a huge gf menu have dedicated fryers and take the precautions. We have been to that location a lot and never had an issue. The last 2 times we have gone to this location I have gotten extremely sick afterwords BOTH times. They each time ensure me the proper precautions are taken and I still seemed to be glutened each time. We will not be returning to this location. If your ever in the area try Chester springs we have never had an issue at that location!
