I've been to Liberty a dozen times in the past year and never had an issue. I've stuck to items labeled gluten free on the menu and also ordered the "chef's choice" (pick a price point per the menu) and had great experiences. The staff are knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination. Plus, lovely staff and outstanding cocktails!

Really tasty sushi in a very lively cocktail bar. They had gluten free soy sauce and the sushi rice was made with gluten free vinegar. I’m very sensitive and had no reaction at all - definitely recommend
