Liberty's Famous Pizza

I’m celiac, I don’t trust them at all! Not recommended for celiacs, hate to give a star.. but then my message won’t get to the celiacs..

Ordered a GF pizza with shaved steak. Asked on the phone if the steak was gluten free. The cashier had to double check and we heard the chef say "of course it's gluten free it's got no bread in it"

I was suspicious so I Nima tested it. Definitely gluten in the steak. Also in the fries so stay clear.

I do love their GF ravioli, but haven't tested it yet to make sure it's actually safe.

(They do still have gf items- it’s also listed on their website.)Three stars for taste. The sauce is like beyond sweet, more so then I would like for what I enjoy for pizza. Normal, everyday, kinda flat gfree pizza crust- most likely udi’s. I think next time I’ll try the ravioli instead.

Called today to confirm if they still have gluten free sandwiches/wraps, and the answer I got is that they never did have. They used to. I think they might not be carrying gf options anymore.

The GF flatbread sandwiches are decent, pretty good portion as well. The GF cheese ravioli is amazing, may just be my new go to meal when I forget lunch.

GF Cheese ravioli is excellent - I had to double check that it was GF! Great pizza too!

Awesome pace, and will do all sandwiches and pizzas Gluten Free. Thy use separate knives and cutting boards to prevent cross contamination and food is amazing!
