Horrible service overall and couldn't even follow their own suggestion for a GF dinner. Yes, the menu is marked GF for items that are gluten free or can be made gluten free. However, even after talking to the server about my allergy and ordering the osso buco, based on the server's suggested adjustments of the spinach in place of the barley risotto, she brought out the plate loaded with barley risotto with spinach on the side. This was after a ridiculously long wait for our food. So long, that she had to reassure us that our food would be out soon and we still waited an additional 20 minutes for it. I then had to wait while everyone else ate for another plate of osso buco that was safe. Two in our party ordered the "unlimited" pasta sampler. They got a spoonful of two of the three pastas and had to ask multiple times to try the third option. Not once during our visit were we offered any refills of our empty drinks. The server took it upon herself to put cheese on some of our plates without asking if we wanted any. And they were in such a rush to flip tables, they were clearing our plates before we were finished. One member of the party said three times they wanted a box. Instead, the bus boy piled dirty plates onto her dish then apologized and offered to bring a box for the food under the pile of dirty dishes. And the general consensus was the food lacked any real flavor. The experience was disappointing for everyone and could have been dangerous if I did not notice the barley risotto.
