I was a bit unsure about brunch after my friends chose to go here because the brunch menu showed "GF=gluten free" but only one thing was marked. It did say gluten free bread available.
I asked about the Traditional Breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes) and my waiter Anthony went to check. He said the GF toast was made on parchment paper in a broiler. The potatoes that come with it are fried with other items so he offered me safe fingerling potatoes instead. I was impressed with their knowledge. So that is what I ordered and everything was good.
