They do NOT have an allergen book that lists out gluten free. They did not know or understand what it meant even with a gluten free travel card. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Had the shredded pork lunch. They have a dedicated book with every meal that lists the ingredients and if it contains gluten. Ask for the book! I also made an insta at: glutenfreetravelstheworld to see more.Food is always good and I have never been sick.
