Friendly and knowledgeable staff about GF. I had potato-leek soup and and a turkey and cheese panini on GF bread. Both were very tasty, and I had no reactions afterwards. This was definitely a nice find and not too far off the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Everything we got was outstanding - OG panini, Cuban bowl, made to order bowl, onion soup, chicken salad, tea, lemonade, and latte. Clearly marked gf options. There was one small hiccup when my daughter’s chicken salad sandwich came with cheese, even though cheese is not mentioned in the menu description. She could not eat it due to a dairy allergy. They told us to keep it and they made another one without cheese. We offered to pay for the first one, since the rest of us happily ate it (it was incredibly good) but they refused to let us pay for it. We made a detour off the turnpike just for this, and it was well worth it. Don’t miss this gem if you are anywhere nearby.

Delicious and super accommodating! Not just of my husband’s gluten free needs but also my non-gluten related dietary restrictions. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or shown more concern and attention. Highly recommended. We had breakfast at their cafe and did their chef’s table dinner during our time in Bedford
