Great food with gluten free options in a food truck! I sent a message to the owner through Facebook and he recommended several GF options on the menu. When I visited the truck and asked food safety questions the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have celiac disease and was able to safely enjoy the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with no issues.
