We had a delicious dinner at Lillah. I couldn’t believe it was all gluten free.
I called a head to ask if they could accomodate my child who is coeliac, and they said yes! Most of their meals are gluten free or could be made gluten free. They also advised that a-lot of their dishes uses chickpea flour. The woman on the phone also spoke to the chef who confirmed that they will be using new pots/pans/utensils and a brand new oil for anything deep fried.
We didn’t try any of the desserts this time but was told that too could be made gluten free. Will definitely be leaving some room in belly for dessert next time.
