Is not GF, they have a menu Which says GF, unfortunately they are clueless about what’s the difference on GF soy sauce and they use same sauce for everything, sushi bar is at same spot as friers and they are not separated so all possibilities for a cross contamination. For real celiacs and gluten intolerants don’t go there you will get sick, and reality is food is not that great, sushi rolls could be the exception but they lack variety and with chances your Tamari sauce could be a regular gluteinated doy sauce

They are not gluten free, they use the same non gluten free soy sauce for every body.

Was great. Large gluten free menu with all Chinese food classics. The pan-fired dumplings were a little gelatinous on the non-fried side. Everything else was great.

Very thankful to have found such an extensive GF menu at an Asian restaurant. The pork dumplings were just ok but the ribs, spring roll, general tso’s chicken and pad thai were delicious! Surprised to find the prices eating in and ordering out were different...more expensive to eat in. Strange I thought. Would definitely go back though.

Great food and friendly staff. HUGE gluten free menu including starters, lunch options, sushi, and dessert! I ordered the lunch sesame chicken. It came with rice and soup and veggies. Tasted great!

Love the GF options but food was served cold. Also, we ordered second plate of gf tangerine beef. The first even cold was tasty, the second one was different tasting from first and not as good. So disappointed..

A celiac’s dream! They have a 4 page gluten free menu (just ask for it) and everything we tried was delicious. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. The restaurant was clean, and also seemed really busy, even for a freezing weekday night. We got the gluten free dumplings (fried) and sashimi appetizer, and they brought gluten free soy sauce to the table. This is the first time I’ve had dumplings at a restaurant since being diagnosed with celiac and they did not disappoint! For entrees, we got broccoli beef and sesame chicken, both of which were flavorful. The veggies were fresh and not soggy (as often Chinese food is). With all these items we had enough for leftovers which tasted even better. Definitely recommend!!

I ordered G-Free dumplings and wonton soup and was sick almost immediately after eating :( It was delivery, but maybe it’s safer to eat at the restaurant?

Never had a reaction. Always safe (so far). But the quality of the food varies from ok to appalling. Tonight, appalling. Singapore noodles with grease and the appearance of some curry but I could only taste grease. The ribs so burnt that they looked like they fell into the fire. The meat is poor quality. I used deal with this substandard food to satisfy a craving for Chinese food, but it’s so awful now, it’s not worth it. GF Chinese food near Brookfield Place much better.

Been going for years. Used my Nima gluten tester and it showed positive for gluten on my General TSo chicken. The pork fried rice tested with no gluten.

I really like that the GF items were brought out on square plates, it was my first time here and it helped me identify that my server did not ring up our second dish as GF and they were able to correct it quickly. The food was Fabulous! If I lived in NYC I would eat here all the time! We went twice and had the pan fried dumplings (it’s been so long since I’ve been able to have these), orange crispy chicken (not spicy at all like it was supposed to be), sesame chicken (yum!) and Pad Thai (good but a little bland). The second day we went the crispy chicken dish was twice as large as the first night, I’m not sure if we got shorted the first night or if they were overly generous the second night! Service has much to be desired but I would return since they have safe Chinese food and that’s rare! No reactions!

Food was good, but I was definitely contaminated. I normally never get sick because I’m not that sensitive, but i wasn’t well after this food. I had the dumplings and the lo mein and I got sick.

Pros: Safe, vegan options, great flavors, multiple dish style options. Cons: tofu texture was a little off putting. It was very soft (silken) and I personally prefer a firmer tofu in savory Asian dishes. The place is very busy and staff is constantly multitasking. It’s great when you’re in a rush, but if you’re looking to be carefully tended to it probably won’t happen here. If I go back, I’ll skip the tofu and ask for more / add’l veggies.

Wow what a find! Delicious and safe GF Chinese food. We ordered the steamed pork dumplings (haven’t had these in years since before going GF), boneless ribs, sesame chicken, vegetable fried rice, and a few sushi rolls. Everything was fantastic. You will not be disappointed!

Literally order from here once a week. My son and I both have celiac ( my other son and wife don’t) and we have never gotten sick. Delivery orders are on time and correct. My son, who loves Chinese food, never feels like he’s missing out because of Lili and Loo’s. My non-celiac family members are always happy to eat the GF food, says it tastes better than regular Chinese food.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. We will be visiting again next month. We will see you again soon. Thank you!

I was badly glutened from this restaurant. It was seamless delivery so they must not have read my notes. I would suggest calling and being extremely clear you have celiac or allergy before ordering.

The Chinese food from here was excellent! We ordered it to go and the food was still lava hot by the time we got back to the hotel 30 mins later. I ordered the General Tsos chicken and fried dumplings both gluten free and they were delicious! I would absolutely go back to try more of their menu.

I never thought I would have Chinese again after being DX'd w/ Celiac but Lillo and Loo's is just like I remember. The GF Thai fried rice is awesome. The GF steamed dumplings are perfect. The general Tso's was not my favorite but it was still good! They are very friendly and delivery is always a breeze.

Awesome GF Japanese restaurant. Service was great and very knowledgeable of cross contamination. It was so yummy to have GF Japanese, so hard to find! The GF spring rolls were my favorite! Great NYC restaurant atmosphere too. Did not get sick! :) Only complaint was drinks were over priced and not great, would stick to bottled drinks or wine. Will definitely return on my next visit!

Wow. What a great place. Only place we've ever been able to find GF Chinese food. They were very friendly and super knowledgeable about GF issues. Had general saos chicken and it was best we've ever had any where. If you're looking for GF Chinese or sushi in NYC this is the place.
