This is my favorite restaurant in NYC. Be sure to try the sesame chicken or tofu! A lot of gluten free choices, listed clearly on a separate menu. Tempura sushi rolls, dumplings, fried rice, nearly anything you could wish for! I hope they can expand again to more locations.

There’s an entire gluten free menu. I ordered the pan fried dumplings, gluten free shrimp lo mein, and the spicy chicken sambal. The service was fine. Same as what I would expect from an Asian restaurant. The fried part of the fried dumplings were even crispier than gluten dumplings. The non-fried side was a little mushy. They were definitely the best gluten free dumplings I’ve had, but maybe would be best to be completely/deep fried. The lo mein noodles were great. They taste like gluten lo mein noodles. I will say the dish though only had the noodles, cabbage, and shrimp. Normally lo mein is sautéed with more vegetables so the dish as a whole was a little plain. Will take home leftovers to defray with other stuff. The spicy chicken sambal was amazing. Spicy and sweet and flavorful and the chicken was tender. I think the dish normally doesn’t have gluten so an easy add to the gluten free menu but delicious. It is a little bit pricy. Gluten free foods are usually a big pricy + lilli and loo is in the UES so this totaled like $60. Really great gluten free Asian food, but you’re definitely gonna pay a premium for it.

I haven’t had Chinese or sushi since diagnosed celiac 3 years ago. I had vegetarian spring rolls, vegetable fried rice, a black angel roll and a spicy yellow tail roll. No tummy swelling, no stabbing pains, no gluten food poisoning symptoms then next morning. I’m very reactive to cross contamination and had no problem. Going out to eat and feeling normal is a rare treat! I’ll be back here 100% thank you thank you thank you!

We have been here a number of times, order from here regularly and recommend it highly. Solid Thai and Chinese food with a gf menu. Broad range of gf options. Service is always attentive and staff nice. Two members of my family have celiac and have never had an issue.

Real question is whether it is open. Website says yes but nobody answers the phone.

This was our second visit here. Our first was very enjoyable. This visit was not as good. The waiter was very nonchalant about gluten free and that is the first impression made to a person with celiac looking for reassurance. The food was just ok, gluten free or not. But WHO has ever had FANTASTIC chinese food!? I don’t think my daughter was glutened so, if in the area and we need a place to eat, we might give them another try. I would rate only 3 stars if taste of food, but I’ll give 4 stars for offering gluten free food that didn’t get my daughter sick.

This place has some tasty gf grub. I got the sesame chicken per everyone’s reviews and did enjoy it. Felt very safe eating there, they clearly take gf order seriously and have established protocols. The reason it gets 4 stars is because they were super rude. It was a whole ordeal just getting a table then it was 20 minutes before we even got water, meanwhile both tables next to us were being served. My husband and I are incredibly polite, so maybe we’re just not accustomed to NY culture, but it definitely dampened our evening. I’d still go back for the food but just be aware they’re not the nicest.

Is not GF, they have a menu Which says GF, unfortunately they are clueless about what’s the difference on GF soy sauce and they use same sauce for everything, sushi bar is at same spot as friers and they are not separated so all possibilities for a cross contamination. For real celiacs and gluten intolerants don’t go there you will get sick, and reality is food is not that great, sushi rolls could be the exception but they lack variety and with chances your Tamari sauce could be a regular gluteinated doy sauce

A celiac’s dream! They have a 4 page gluten free menu (just ask for it) and everything we tried was delicious. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. The restaurant was clean, and also seemed really busy, even for a freezing weekday night. We got the gluten free dumplings (fried) and sashimi appetizer, and they brought gluten free soy sauce to the table. This is the first time I’ve had dumplings at a restaurant since being diagnosed with celiac and they did not disappoint! For entrees, we got broccoli beef and sesame chicken, both of which were flavorful. The veggies were fresh and not soggy (as often Chinese food is). With all these items we had enough for leftovers which tasted even better. Definitely recommend!!
