Staff was unwilling to explain how pizza was prepared. Only to tell me not to worry. That should have been a red flag. I used my Nima Sensor to test three separate pieces of pizza. All samples came back with “ gluten found.” Will not be coming back here.
This place is NOT celiac safe!!! I ordered a margarita pizza and I Nima tested it twice. Both results came back with low gluten. I suspect there was some cross contamination. Also, the waiters would not specify there procedures to avoid cross contamination which was another red light.
Excellent gluten free pies and so many different varieties. Brought out early and separate from other non gf pies and clearly indicated to us that it was gf. Very knowledgeable. They make their own gf dough. Pizza had that nice charcoal crust. Highly recommended.
