Lovely little cafe with 4 GF delicious tray bakes when we visited, plus 2 GF Thai dishes for lunch and able to customise lots of the rest of the menu to suit coeliacs. Great awareness of GF needs.

Wow a lovely little find. Dairy and gluten free alternatives to a lot of the menu. 90% of the cakes where gluten free. The servers where keen to get it right and checked sigh the kitchen. I'm not sure it's got a dedicated gf space for cooking and the some of the cakes where in with other non gluten cakes. Being intollerent this is OK for me but won't be for some. Items are clearly marked vegan and there's also dairy free spread. They also have a fully vegan smoothie list. See photos of all the menu

Lovely cafe in Truro. Dog friendly & gluten free options available. Had the most gorgeous almond & cherry GF blonde and there were more choices of gluten free available.
