Lime - An American Cantina

I'm super sensitive and felt totally fine. The menu notes what is GF and there are many options and the proportions are generous. They don't have GF tortilla chips but you can ask for corn tortillas instead. Only downside was that the food took a very long time to come out.

Excellent restaurant that has an extensive gluten-free menu. Staff very knowledgeable of Celiac.
