Stayed here and had the free breakfast each day. Gluten free bread with a dedicated toaster, eggs, fruit, yogurt. I had plenty of options and did not get sick. Staff was quick to answer questions about the food available each day. Also, they have a gluten free beer in the lounge that I enjoyed in the evening.

Didn't eat here. Called and the restaurant manager said that while there are GF items on the menu, nothing there is celiac safe as there is lots of cross contamination.

the waiter immediately understood the term celiac. he was extremely understanding. my pizza was phenomenal. 10/10 recommended for celiac

Spectacular high-altitude GF pizza crust (not easy!). If you ask, they are very knowledgable about their offerings and will do their best to oblige a gluten sensitivity.
