Great options, simple and affordable for the airport.

The bowl with black beans, jasmine rice, vegetables (green beans & red peppers) with the beef stew was AMAZING!! The employee who served me was very knowledgeable and pointed out what I could safely eat. He told me that a few items that are labeled as GF, actually may not be safe for someone with Celiac (tofu and French fries) because they are fried and although they have a separate fryer, when they strain the oil each night they use the same filter for both GF and non-GF oil. Definitely recommend the beef stew, seriously delicious!!

They have chicken and beef that they say are gluten free but we decided to go with a simple salad. They changed gloves without us asking them. The salad was very basic but we didn't get glutened which is the most important thing.

Having to eat at unknown locations while traveling is difficult at best. Limon Rotisserie was great! I asked if he could change his gloves due to my Celiac. He went off to wash before putting on fresh ones. He explained everything, offered trial bites, and was just so helpful and reassuring. Such a wonderful surprise, and HUGE servings, too!

Their food was labeled whether it was gluten free or not. No guessing required.
Rice, beans, Peruvian beef stew, vegetables, and tofu were all marked GF in their breakfast bowl lineup. The eggs were not labeled as such, but the employee said they were GF and I had them, along with the rice, beans, and stew. I added jalapeños and cheese — they were kept next to other naturally GF toppings like tomato and lime wedges. I did not ask prep questions. I am very sensitive to CC and I felt totally fine after my meal.I was happy to have a protein-packed meal on my long layover. The beef stew was surprisingly tasty for airport food.
