Das gf Essen war schmackhaft und ich habe es gut vertragen. Allerdings kannte sich das Personal, das mich bedient hat nicht aus und war sehr unsicher bei der Beantwortung meiner Fragen bezüglich der Zubereitung des Essens. Es ging 15 min bis mir jemand Rückmeldung geben könnte zum Thema glutenfreie Zubereitung. Leider war das Geschirr nicht sauber, auf dem das Essen serviert wurde und der Fisch hat nicht frisch geschmeckt... Außerdem haben wir uns dort nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt, da wir das Gefühl hatten abgefertigt zu werden.

We used the Nima sensor to test the food and it came back positive for gluten despite ordering very simple pasta with tomato sauce. It took a while for them to make the food but that didn’t seem to help. They were defensive when we told them gluten was detected. They brought out the bag of gluten free pasta but didn’t seem to be that informed about cross-contact or at least the people working that day. Also, we use the nima all of the time since we are so sensitive to cross-contact but we are not paid by Nima.
