This is a restaurant on the L.L. Bean campus. They have udi’s rolls available. My son had a hotdog here on a gluten free bun. Very good crab and lobster rolls.

While they claim to have GF fried options with a dedicated fryer, the oil is cross-contaminated by way of filtration (essentially making it not GF at all). I would play it safe with a lobster roll on an Udi's bun with chips!

They had a good selection of gluten free items yet had Issues with cross contamination. They do not have dedicated pans or toaster so most Ceiliac people should not go.

Great meal. Gf clam chowder. Bread (ask them to toast it in oven). Gf brownie mouse desert and ice cream. Caesar's salad w lobster. Menu also identified what could be modified to be gf in addition to detailing what was gf. Yum!
