Lovely beer garden setting, perfect for our party of 4. Sat down for drinks, yet the experience was so pleasant we stayed for dinner. As a CDer, I scrupulously went through the menu. Found a promising dish of seasonal asparagus, roasted baby potatoes with smoked salmon, like steelhead, with hollandaise. I questioned the sauce and the waitress took my German CD card back to the chef. She returned and said the hollandaise was handmade, completely GF. The plate arrived with gorgeous white asparagus, the smoked fish, and a reasonable amount of roasted baby potatoes. My only quibble is I wished the hollandaise had more lemon. Excellent meal, no symptoms.
