I emailed Ling Ling before booking to ask about GF options they were quick in their response and email a list of GF foods. When I ordered they brought my food and pointed out the dishes ordered by the rest of our party were not gluten free so not to share. I chose the Lamb Rendang with steamed Rice which was amazing.
