Visited this Cafe while on vacation. Asked about needing gluten free, our waitress was very knowledgeable. I could have all omelets but the sausage gravy on one has flour in it. I could also get the grits and the homemade fries that had peppers and onions in it. She stated there is no cross contamination in the kitchen and the fries in the fryer are not shared with anything else on the menu since nothing else goes in the fryer with gluten.
