They use Udi's crust, seem to cook it correctly, and on a tray. Been a few times and haven't gotten sick.

I think they use udis crust. Not impressed but good in a pinch!
our celiac daughter loves the excellent gluten free pizza and Caesar salad (no croutons). We love all the other basic sub shop fare: steak and cheese, Greek salads, steak tips all are just a little bit better than other places nearby. Their regular Italian style pizza is also top notch.

Convenient location to my home, but the gluten free pizza is not great at all, needs to be amped up, it's very boring, sorry
Pizza was good but my daughter who has Celiac was sick after eating the Gf pizza there. We order from the one in Dracut and Tewksbury. Everyone was so nice and they assured us that they were careful so we tried again and she got sick again.
No
I have ordered delivery from Lisa's many times and they are usually pretty solid. Sometimes they are a little under-cooked and I crisp up the crust on the stove top at home but it's my go-to pizza in the area.
